Label Styles
Address labels are available in a few different places in Fellowship One. You can define your favorite label styles (like Avery 5160) inside the Report Library. A special security right called Label Administrator allows you to share your defined styles with other users.
To create a label style
- Click Reports to launch the Report Library.
- Click Label Styles. The Manage Your Label Styles list appears. Any styles you have previously created or that have been created and shared by a Label Administrator appear in the list.
- Click New Label Style. The New Label Style form appears.
- Type a Name for your label style.
- Select a label template from the Would you like to use a template drop-down list. Most of the major label brands and styles are available. Once you have selected a style the label's measurements appear in the remaining fields.
- Select one of the following from the Salutation drop-down list:
- Josh—will pull the "Goes by" name for each individual. If a Goes by name does not exist, the first name will be used. Typical choice for informal mailings.
- Josh Q. Randall Jr.—semi-formal choice that pulls the Goes by, Middle, Last names and the Suffix if it exists.

- Optionally, if you are a Label Administrator, clear the Label style is available to all users check box. This option will not appear if you do not have the Label Administrator security right. Clearing this check box makes the style private to you only. If you elect to leave the check box selected, other users will be able to use the style.
- Click Save. The Manage Your Label Styles list appears and your new label style will display.
